蓋を開けるときの匂いは、皆自分の特別な味だ
舌と鼻の記憶、そしてその切れない思い

無造作な雰囲気で集まり

【使用說明/注意事項】

1.第一次使用的新陶鍋，可先進行養鍋。
養鍋方法：煮白粥或粥水浸泡8小時，可透過粥水讓陶鍋的毛細孔更緊密。
2.陶鍋在煮到接近沸騰時，請趕緊關中火到小火，以避免沸騰後湯汁快速溢出。
3.沸騰後，皆可使用中小火，可節省能源，亦可達到食物烹調的效果。
4.烹調時，冷鍋冷油的方式最適當。
5.收納清洗過的砂鍋，不要將蓋子緊密蓋住，可讓陶鍋的內部通風透氣保存。
6.陶鍋的導熱及保溫性都很好，使用時瓦斯火侯可以不用太大。
7.天然原木，自然環境生長，木紋與顏色不均，皆屬自然現象。

【幸福同心鍋注意事項】

1.請勿讓陶鍋燒乾後，在極高溫的情況下倒入油或水。
2.請勿急冷急熱的使用陶鍋，會讓陶鍋容易產生裂痕。
3.氣溫偏低時，自來水的溫度都較低，請勿讓燒熱的陶鍋用較冷的冷水沖洗。
4.使用時的陶鍋及鍋蓋會燙，請記得用溼布或防熱手套拿取喔!
5.適用於瓦斯爐＆電陶爐。

【木頭轉盤配件的使用說明及注意事項】

使用方式:
底盤可放置在桌面，陶鍋可置放於上方，作為隔熱之用；
鍋內的食物可放在轉盤上，放涼分享食用，一起閒話家常好開心。

注意事項:
1.請勿放入烘碗機。
2.請勿接近火源、請勿泡水。
3.可用一般無侵蝕性的清潔劑及清水清洗。
4.請勿用鋼刷或硬質產品刷洗，以避免破壞表層。
5.木頭可以接觸油脂，均勻的油脂也可形成天然的保護膜。

【Direction for use】

1. For a new casserole, you can cook congee and to soak for 8 hours, the congee water will make pores of casserole intensive. If you don’t maintain it for the first time, the flavor will be absorbed by the
pores of casserole, and it will effect the taste of cuisine in the future.
2. When the dish is going to bring to a boil, please turn the fire to a low heat, to prevent water from
boiling over.
3. To cook on medium heat once the dish has been boiled, it can save energy
till you finish your cooking.
4. The best way to cook is adding cold oil before the casserole gets hot.
5. Please store the casserole after wash, and please do not put lid on to keep well aeration.
6. Casserole has good thermal conductivity and thermal insulation property,
medium heat is enough for cooking.

【Happiness Casserole Notice】

1.Please do not keep casserole dry out on the fire and do not pour oil or water in casserole with high
temperature.
2.Please do not lower the temperature and heat the casserole in a short time, it is easier to make it crack.
3.Please do not use cold water (especially the tap water in winter) to wash hot casserole.
4.The casserole and lid is very hot after heating, please take it with wet rags or heat insulation gloves.
5.The casserole is suitable for cooking on gas stove and ceramic glass cooktop.

【Direction & Notice for Wooden Rotating Plate】

Instruction：
The lower plate can be put under the casserole as heat insulation mat.
Foods can be put on the rotating wooden plate, and every one can share foods
at moderate temperature to have a happy reunion.

Notice：
1.Please do not put casserole in dish dryer.
2.Please keep it away from fire and water; please do not soak it in water.
3.Please use non corrosive cleaners or water to wash casserole.
4.To avoid hurting the surface, please do not wash casserole by steel brush orhard brush.
5.It is okay that casserole makes contact with oil as a natural protection.

【説明・使用上の注意】

1. 新しい土鍋を使う時は、土鍋を育てましょう。土鍋の育て方：お粥をゆでることや米の  とぎ汁を8時間浸すことで素地の隙間や貫入をうめることができます。上記は略し、そのままご使用になると、
使い始めの味が隙間につけやすくなって、これからの料理
の味に影響があります。
2. 沸騰したお湯が溢れないように、沸騰する直前に火を弱めてください。
3. 沸騰してから弱火を使って、エネルギーを節約するだけではなく、ゆでることもできます。
4. 冷たい鍋と油で使ってください。
5. ご使用後、鍋に蓋を完全にしないで風通しが良いように収納してください。
6. 土鍋の熱伝導率が低いので保温力が強いので、急激に火力を上げないでください。

【使用上の注意】

1.空炊きの高温の状況で油や水を入れないでください。
2.熱くなった土鍋を急に冷たいところに置くなど、急激な温度変化はお控えください。
破損の原因になります。
3.温度が低いとき、水の温度も低いので、土鍋が熱い時に冷たい水につけたりしないで
   ください。
4.鍋本体と蓋は熱いので手で直接触れないでください。
湿った布や耐熱手袋で取ってください。
5.ガスコンロ・セラミックコンロ対応。

【木皿パーツ　説明・注意事項】

使用方法：
