Design Concept
The Shu's Pottery continues deep roots in Yingge over four generations, based on the business philosophy of inheriting old wisdom and bringing new ideas, to deliver good and beautiful things, and never forget the root of Yingge, constantly promoting innovation.
In 2023, the Year of the Rabbit limited whiskey and tasting glass gift box is released for the first time. The rabbit is looking forward to seeing the sunrise at dawn, and hope that we will still persist and continue to walk with positive strength in this chaotic era, after getting a little drunk.
Specially select the Islay peated single malt Scotch whisky which is imported by Holy Distillery, a local distillery in Yingge. Based on the culture of Yingge's early coal mining industry, to burn the black texture of dark glaze color, it has a unique flavor of light smoke after tasting. The shape of the wine glass is necked-shaped whiskey tasting glass, from using the glass, tasting wine to enjoying the flavor in the throat, we hope to bring you the beauty of Yingge in the tasting process.
Manufacturing process
In 2016 Christmas, Holy Distillery started its dream of producing Whiskey in Yingge. From the process of malting to fermentation, distillation and aging in barrels, all wines are professionally produced in small batches with unique craftsmanship by Holy Distillery, and according to the aroma and flavor requirements to use different oak barrels.
Flavor Guide
Aroma：sweet tobacco and tangerine peel aroma, Biluochun plus tomato umami, dried apricot fruit plus sweet wormwood.
Taste：smoked plum juice, candied seeds.
Finish：sweet tangerine peel, comfortable smoked rice straw.
Recommended Drinking guidelines
Drink it directly or add one or two drops of pure water to release the aroma of the wine without diluting it.
Watch list during application
- DO NOT clean with steel scrubber or other abrasive cleaning tools to prevent the porcelain from being scratched.
- DO NOT heat in a microwave oven, nor put in the dishwasher to keep the patterns intact.
- DO NOT soak nor boil in water (or in any other liquid).
- DO NOT place in the refrigerator.
- This merchandise is handicraft product with the mug not 100% round in shape, but for those with volume and size within ±3% are rated as good quality.
