基本製作數量

起訂量：2000 件

STEP 02

設計圖檔提供方式

A. 已備妥設計圖檔

- 建議提供 JPG 檔案。
- 檔案須清楚標示尺寸，建議以 mm 單位標註。
- 若提供實體物品，也可委由我們進行掃描建模（會產生 5～15% 尺寸誤差）。
- 陶土收縮率約 12～15%；瓷土收縮率約 12～15%。

B. 需委託設計圖檔

- 報價起跳：NT$30,000 元
- 視設計複雜程度與圖稿品質報價
- 打樣設計時間：約 10 個工作天
- 超過兩次修稿：第 3 次起，每次修稿費另計 20%

※ 以上報價為參考值，實際仍需依據圖稿與造型要求報價確認。

STEP 03

訂購與付款

- 下單後需先支付 50% 訂金
- 餘款於交貨後 7 天內付清

※ 若打樣完成後欲取消訂單，需支付全額 + NT$5,000 基本工資與模具費
※ 取消訂單會扣除訂金中 30% 製程費

STEP 04

模具製作說明

- 原型製作：若造型特殊，會使用石膏泥與參數樣板協助開模
- 打樣製作：將使用此模具製作樣品確認造型與比例
- 模具用途：作為後續量產製程使用
- 模具壽命：每個模具平均可支撐 50 ~100翻模（實際依產品狀況調整）
